We found it!

High up in the mountains of Cusucuo National Park, at approximately 6:30 pm Saturday, June 13th, we discovered it. We named it the Equatorial Chicken Moth. We were watching the chapolins fly over the hills when it came up the hill fluttering like a fish through the air and landed beside us. The guy we were with (Walter) has lived in the mountains for 24 years and never seen anything like it before.

Oh, and I also saw a tucan, which was pretty straight.
